The Allan Jafferies, BMW Motorbike Showroom and Garage was a multi-million pound new development about a mile down the road from his existing showroom. The project involved design, concept, development, planning approval and building regulations applications.

The solution to this brief was a garden room, which are more cost effective, less disruptive to family life during build and quicker to construct than an extension. The garden office was designed to 2.5m high as this is within permitted development rules of the council. The aesthetics of the garden room are designed to be contemporary and within a fixed budget agreed with the client at the start.
